Courtney is a graduate of Miami (OH) University were she earned her BS in Business Administration. Shortly after graduation, she moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin where she owned and operated her own print consulting business for over 20 years. Through her consultant roles, she has been able to tap into the unique skills needed to transition from the manufacturing world to assisted living placement. Courtney is active in the local senior center and facilitates the Stronger Together caregiver support group. She studies martial arts and recently achieved the rank of Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. Courtney lives in Menomonee Falls with her husband, Steve, and two goldendoodles, Scuba and George.

With over 20 years in the healthcare industry, Derek has worked as a CNA, EMT and psych safety technician. Later he earned his master's degree in Healthcare Administration from Des Moines University. As a Placement Specialist Derek's unique understanding of assisted living and memory care communities means you'll always find the best option available that meets your budget and care needs. Derek lives in Milwaukee with his two cats.

Sarah Andrejat is a dedicated senior care professional with more than a decade of experience serving older adults and their families across southeastern Wisconsin. With a background in assisted living, memory care, home health, and hospice, she is passionate about helping seniors navigate their care journey with compassion, integrity, and personalized support. Throughout her career in leadership, business development, and community outreach, Sarah has built trusted relationships with families, healthcare professionals, and senior living communities by connecting people with the resources they need. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their two sons, and their cat, Tumbles, and believes that building meaningful relationships is at the heart of both her personal life and her work.

With over a decade of experience in the senior care industry, Alex brings a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for helping seniors and their families navigate the next chapter of their journey. His background spans post-acute care, skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the senior living landscape.
Throughout his career, Alex has found the most rewarding part of his work to be the meaningful connections he builds with seniors and their families. He understands that choosing the right senior living community is about more than finding a place to live—it’s about finding a community where your loved one will feel comfortable, supported, and truly at home. In his role with ALA, Alex is excited to continue building those relationships while using his experience to help families make confident and informed decisions.
Alex’s years of experience in senior living, combined with the strong relationships he has developed throughout his career, allow him to take a personalized approach to every family he works with. His goal is to understand each individual’s unique needs and find the community that is the best fit for them and their loved ones.
When he’s not helping families, Alex enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time outdoors with his wife and their twin girls.
